Attention Patients:

Due to the COVID-19 Stay at Home Order, we are temporarily closed.

We do have limited remote access to the office computer, so we can do some contact lens orders and eyeglass orders.

To avoid sending you to urgent care or the ER and exposing you to additional risks, we can also, in some cases, do virtual medical checks via Facetime. Please contact us via email at ClearSightEyeCare@yahoo.com for details.

Also, we plan on having limited days where we dispense glasses and place orders.  See upcoming dates below.

Current Available hours for pickups and orders

We will be dispensing glasses and contacts through the door only. No one will be allowed inside the office, unfortunately.

• Mentor Office – Saturday, April 18th from 10am – 2pm
• Parma Office – Saturday, April 18th from 12pm – 2pm
