COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update

Attention Patients:

Due to the Covid-19 Stay at Home Order, we are temporarily closed. We do have limited remote access to the office computer, so we can do some contact lens orders and eyeglass orders. To avoid sending you to urgent care or the ER and exposing you to additional risks, we can also, in some cases, do virtual medical checks via Facetime. Please contacts us via email at ClearSightEyeCare@yahoo.com for details. Also, we do plan on having limited days where we dispense glasses and place orders. Check our website periodically for the schedule and any additional updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Please stay safe! Current Available hours for pickups and orders (at the front door only, no one allowed inside):

• We will be in the Mentor Office Saturday April 4th from 10am – 1pm
• We will be in the Willoughby Hills office Saturday April 4th from 11am – 2pm
• We will be in the Parma office Wednesday April 1 from 10am – 3pm
